How to use the Revolution washing machine?
To use Revolution Laundry washing machine, visit one of our kiosks and follow the instructions on the control screen, above the checkout counter: insert your laundry, choose the time and temperature, pay and that’s all! You can also use our laundromat with the Revolution Laundry smartphone app available on the Google Play store and the Apple Store.
What is a Revolution Laundromat?
A Revolution Laundromat is a compact module of self-service laundry and drying equipment, also called a laundromat or coin launderette. Revolution Laundries feature high-capacity professional washers and dryers, a detergent and fabric softener metering system, a pay station and a customer shelter.
What kind of laundry can I wash in a Revolution Laundromat?
You can wash all types of laundry at our Revolution Laundry (clothes, household linen, duvets, cushions, etc.). Please note that you should follow the recommendations on the labels. Our laundromats allow you to choose different temperatures depending on the sensitivity of your laundry. It is strictly forbidden to wash and dry your pet accessories.
What wash temperatures are available on a Revolution?
Revolution Laundromats offer you a choice of 3 different wash temperatures: delicate laundry, 40°C and 60°C. You have the option of adding pre-wash for heavily soiled laundry, fabric softener, disinfectant and disinfectant fabric softener.
Do I have to bring my own detergent?
No, you don’t need to bring your own detergent to clean your clothes at Revolution Laundry. Our laundries are equipped with a professional and eco-friendly high quality detergent (Ecolabel certified). Our detergent guarantees you the best possible result while protecting your fabrics.
Do I have to bring my own fabric softener?
No, a fabric softener is available as an option when selecting your programme.
Do I have to wait until the end of the wash cycle?
Once your wash cycle is running at Revolution Laundry, you can go finish up your chores at your leisure. Activate the “SMS Alert” option (free service) to be notified a few minutes before the end of your cycle. You are also free to wait for your wash programme to finish by staying near the laundromat.
Can my laundry be stolen if I am not present?
No need to worry, the door cannot be opened during the wash cycle. In addition, you can be notified free of charge by SMS (SMS alert option) a few minutes before the end of the wash cycle so that you can retrieve your laundry at your leisure.
What is the SMS alert option?
The SMS alert option allows you to be alerted a few minutes before the end of your wash programme. This option is completely free. Your phone number will not be recorded or used for commercial purposes.
How do I collect my laundry at the end of the cycle?
Once the washing is complete, a sound signal indicates that you can retrieve your laundry; simply turn the handle on the door and pull on it to access your laundry.
Can I wash my tent in the Revolution Laundry laundromat?
We advise you to refer to the cleaning information provided by the manufacturer of your equipment (label).
What is the capacity of the washing machines?
Our laundromats have 8 kg machines and 18 kg large-capacity machines, ideal for large items such as curtains, duvets, etc. For optimal washing quality, we advise you not to overload the machines beyond the weight indicated on them.
How long does a wash cycle last?
On average, regardless of the machine, a wash cycle takes about 30 minutes. Our machines offer different temperatures and options that can increase the length of the wash cycle.
How much does it cost to wash my clothes at Revolution Laundry?
Prices vary depending on the machine used. The cost of a wash cycle in our laundromats will cost you between 4 euros (8 kg) and 10 euros (18 kg), including detergent. As options, you can opt for pre-wash, softener, disinfectant, disinfectant fabric softener in addition to your regular wash.
Drying with Revolution Laundry
How do I use a Revolution dryer?
To dry your wet laundry, insert it into the dryer machine and close the door. Then go to the payment counter to select your programme, temperature and finalise your payment before returning to the machine to start your programme.
Do I have to wait until the end of the drying cycle?
Unlike the washing machines in our laundromats, our dryers do not have a security mechanism. The door can be opened at any time. We therefore recommend that you to stay close to the door and only open the door at the end of your drying programme to ensure that it is as effective as possible.
What do I do once my drying cycle is finished?
Once your drying programme is finished, you can collect your laundry. Make sure you have not forgotten anything inside.
How long does a drying cycle last?
An optimal drying time can vary between 15 and 45 minutes, depending on the material and volume of the laundry to be dried. Do not hesitate to consult our laundry tips to become an expert.
What kind of laundry can I put in a Revolution dryer?
At Revolution Laundry you can wash and dry all types of laundry, with the exception of pet clothes/accessories in poor condition and/or with fur. Please note that it is strictly forbidden to dry dirty or greasy clothes at Revolution Laundry, as there is a risk of fire.
What is the capacity of the Revolution Laundry dryers?
Our dryers have a capacity of 18 kg, allowing you to dry large quantities of laundry or large items. For optimal drying, we recommend cycles of 15 to 45 minutes, depending on the type of laundry and its weight.

Can I pay contactless at Revolution Laundry?
Our machines are equipped so that you can pay securely without contact via bank card or compatible smartphone (Apple Pay).
How do I get a receipt when I have paid with my bank card?
Most of our machines are equipped with a paper printer to print out your bank receipt. You also have the option of receiving your receipt by e-mail. The machine will display a message if there are no more paper receipts available.

What do I do if the dryer is not working properly?
You notice that the dryer is not working properly. Have you chosen the right temperature and time? You can choose from 3 drying programmes: delicate, normal and high. The drying time also depends on the volume and type of laundry.

Have you paid but the dryer won’t start? Make sure that the payment has been made according to the machine’s instructions and press the START button on the chosen machine.

Do you feel that the spin cycle is taking too long? Please note that the spin cycle is divided into several phases, so please be patient.
