What do I do if the spin cycle is not working?
You have used a washing machine and the spin cycle did not work. If you have chosen a delicate/cold wash, it is normal for the spinning to be minor to protect your clothes. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service department at 09 70 82 32 47 to start a new cycle.
